About

My whole life has been, what I consider, average. I was born and raised in an average town outside Toronto in Canada. I grew up with my average parents and younger brother. It seemed as though nothing out of the ordinary ever happened.

I grew up, went to high school, and ended up in University (even though I didn’t really know what I wanted to do with the rest of my life or what I wanted to study) it was just what everyone did. After a year and a half, I left my general arts program and went to a private design school where I studied graphic design (I wanted to study computer animation but didn’t have the experience to get in). I received my diploma and ended up with a job at a printing company. I changed jobs a few times but something was missing, I just didn’t have the passion for what I was doing.

Vision

To respectfully give others the support and strength to understand they matter so they can safely create a joyful life and grow while openly being themselves.

Mission

Inspire others to enjoy living their life’s journey instead of focusing on the destination.

Values

Family

Family

Our family is one of the most important aspects of our lives. They are the people we support and who support us through all of life’s twists and turns. At paulmalfara.com not only do we value our own families but we value our global family. We are all connected and need to show the same love and respect to every person.

Sensitivity

Making others feel like they matter takes a certain degree of sensitivity. Our aim is to be a place where others feel safe to be open and be themselves. We can only help others grow when we are sensitive to their feelings and needs, this is something that every person deserves.

Creativity

Without creativity, the world would be a very dull place. Creativity is what keeps our society evolving. We find the most successful people are usually more creative and not afraid to show it.

The money is awesome… but I seriously still have to pinch myself for the type of lifestyle it’s allowed us to live.

Gerard Hall

I always thought I would be the employee of somebody else for the rest of my life… but I realized that I have the gift to uplift others so they can believe in their true value. Being part of this community has been an absolute blessing!

Because of this system, we are able to travel the world and live a lifestyle that most people would deem impossible until retirement age!
